Spend vs. Save Dry Shampoo

Dry Shampoo Spend vs Save
I would struggle without dry shampoo - it saves me on a weekly basis. For years now I've been using Batiste as my number one go to dry shampoo brand. I've tried a few in the past, but found they left my hair greasy, didn't smell right, or simply didn't quite do the job. As a student, and with some Batiste dry shampoo's costing £5, it's pretty steep.

Batiste 2 in 1 Invisible Dry Shampoo and Conditioner

Sunday, 13 August 2017

A few weeks back I received the Batiste 2 in 1 Invisible Dry Shampoo and Conditioner* in the post to give a try. I am a big dry shampoo user, and only ever use Batiste's. Their favourite of mine has to be the XXL Volume one - my hair is pretty much straight and flat, lacking any life so I have been known to spray a bit of this in the roots even when my hair isn't in need of a shampoo! I'm a big fan!

Pink Hair Don't Care

Sunday, 23 July 2017

I finally got my pink hair! I've been after pink in my locks for a long time now, but due to it being a difficult colour to achieve and keep up I'd never properly taken the leap. Last Monday I popped in to get my hair trimmed and coloured and wanted something different. I went for an icy blonde and a semi-permanent pink dye put throughout.

Batiste XXL Volume Styling Spray - £4.29

As soon as I saw the new range of Batiste styling sprays I knew I wanted to give them a go. I live by their dry shampoo, and with always struggling to get any kind of volume in my hair I'd use their volumising dry shampoo a lot. Although nearly a fiver for a spray I'm likely to get through fairly quickly is a lot, I am so happy with the results. I spray it around my crown and roots to give my hair a bit of oomph and it works a treat! Perfect for a night out and then to give the messy look bun the day after. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the way it makes your hair feel - a bit matted, but it's something I can definitely get over. All in all, I will definitely be buying this again and again and again! Have you tried any of the other batiste stylist range?
