I adore these cute little shift dresses with the collar at the moment. They're easy to wear and I love the floral print of this one. My study leave starts at the end of next week and my exams begin the week later so I'm feeling pretty nervous at the moment and have my head down working hard! I'm really excited to finish my exams in June and hopefully spend some more time on my blog. I really want to get the photography right and at some point are hoping to get a domain, change up my design and (maybe) rename as lucycole.com/co.uk are taken, help me out guys?! Do you have any ideas for a blog name?

I was in shock when I found this gorgeous New Look skirt in the ASOS sale recently.. how could something as beautiful as this not sell out instantly?! The pink colour is so pretty and perfect for spring and I adore the shape too. I also bought these sandals from Asos in the same purchase, I am in love with the chunky sandal trend at the moment and was over the moon when I found a pair that fitted my annoyingly skinny feet.

MAYBELLINE BABY SKIN INSTANT PORE ERASER LIGHTWEIGHT PRIMER - BOOTS

This product hit the shops and blogosphere a month or two back and I've finally got round to reviewing it. Primers are definitely becoming a lot more common in the drugstore make-up range and the Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser became all the rage when it was released. I resisted for a while, before finally caving in! It claims to 'instantly blur the look of pores, without clogging them and smooth and refine the skin'. 've read that this is a dupe for the Smashbox Photofinish Primer, so if you fancy giving a cheaper version a go first, maybe you should give this a go!

The packing is small and quite pretty, definitely something which would attract teenagers like myself or younger, and you get 22ml per tube. The product itself is a clear gel with a thick consistency which glides very well onto the skin. I only tend to use it along my nose/cheek in order to cover my pores. It doesn't feel greasy and smooths the skin beautifully. On application, it does blur the skin slightly, although I found it didn't really cover my pores when I applied my foundation. I have fairly oily skin and find silicon based primers don't always work as well which could be why this didn't have much of an effect on me. It retails at a price of £7.99, which is fair, however I wont be repurchasing due to it not doing a lot for me!

Pros:

• possibly a cheap dupe of high-end product

• no effect on my pores

I feel half tom-boy half girly in this look and I love it. Sometimes I think it's nice to go a bit grungy and swap up your usual style. I am so in love with this skirt from H&M. I've got to be honest, it definitely is a bit small for me but I didn't have the strength to send it back as it was then sold out.. I've managed to get a few wears out of it! Also how cute is this rucksack satchel I got from Oasap?! It's got a vintage feel to it and I know I'll be reaching for it a lot in the Summer.

I haven't done an instagram update in aaaaages! These past few months have been full of emotions. I've felt super happy recently but also very sad. On Thursday I saw The Wanted perform at the O2 arena for the last time and on Tuesday I met and saw them in Nottingham for their last ever UK gig before they split. I can honestly say I have never cried so much in one night! The Wanted have been a massive part of my life for 4 years and saying goodbye to them was horrible. I've now got to focus on my revision as exams start next month and I am officially pooing it. I hope my motivation stays with me for the next 2 months so I can ace the exams!
