Valentines Gift Guide for her under £15
Monday, 8 February 2016
Here is the second lot of valentines gift guide, this time for the females in your life! Again, all are very simple and generic gifts but things I know I'd be very happy to recieve. My favourite has to be the book - I'm a complete sucker for a bit of romance and when better to be a soppy git than valentines?! Also just a word for that clutch bag, how gorgeous?! It would be so perfect for summer.

Top - Asos // Skirt - H&M // Heels - Office
A week or so ago my two best friends, Alice and Anna came to stay up in Norwich for a night. We went out to the on-campus club night and celebrated Anna's 19th Birthday university style! I had such a fun night and really love getting the chance to dress up and do my hair and make-up all fancy. I even wore the killer heels again, and this time ended up with only one blister at the end of the night. If that's not a good result - I don't know what is! As you can see the khaki and black theme is still going on. Anna curled my hair because I'm absolutely useless at it and I loved it! Apologies for the messy backdrop - 3 girls in one tiny uni room results in a lot of mess in a very small space! I had such a fun couple of days and am already planning when they can next make a visit!

Valentines is just around the corner, and if you're like me, you're completely unprepared for it! Jamie and I don't do big presents for valentines, instead have a nice meal out just spending time in eachothers company. This year we've decided to get a nice hotel room for the night. Men are so hard to buy for, it takes months for me to think of ideas for just Christmas and Birthdays alone! I've found a few general pieces that are perfect for any woman buying valentines gifts on a budget!

All my life I knew I wanted to go to university, and after finally starting last September I can safely say I really underestimated how hard I was going to find it being away from home, despite only being a 40 minute train ride away. I cried a lot, I missed my family and boyfriend constantly and quite simply, I struggled! I'm now on my second semester at university and feeling a whole lot more positive about the next 3 years. I still get those days where I feel homesick, but I've slowly learnt how to deal with it. Here are my top tips!

January was an odd month. I always think it's a bit of a funny one, the Christmas and New Years Celebrations are over and you've got to find a way to get back into routine. Luckily I had an extra week or so at home before I headed back, and got to spend some time with my mum. I miss her the most at university - having two older brothers, we always get along as best friends.
